2-hour support session either in-person (Whatcom county only) or virtual. Intended as an opportunity to prepare your nest for baby’s arrival, in all of the unique ways that make most sense to your family. $160.
“Postpartum 101”, learning about what to expect in the first few hours, days, and weeks after giving birth
Tips and resources for postpartum healing, from nutrition to body care to sleep
Non-judgmental baby feeding education, breast/bodyfeeding peer support, and care planning
Nursery walk-through, to make sure you have everything you need for yourself and for baby, with the goal of keeping things simple and preventing unnecessary items
Postpartum mental health education, PMADs identification and support planning, resources, and exercises
Creation of a postpartum care plan that can be shared with the members of your care team who will be supporting you

Not sure exactly what your support needs are yet? Planning on laboring without a doula at your birth but want the opportunity to have one in your corner prenatally? We will sit down together and create space for whatever is coming up, whether that’s navigating introducing a new sibling to your older child, meal prepping for postpartum, educating and empowering skills for the birth you want, or simply running through your list of questions to ask an experienced doula. $70/hour, in-person (Whatcom county only) or virtual.

Childbirth or parenting education relevant to your unique family and needs
Emotional support around the everyday experience of pregnancy, parenting, or getting ready for birth
